Who We Are

A New Chapter at Art of Krupinski

Set in the hills of Glen Aplin, Art of Krupinski has always been a place to gather — good food, good wine, and good company.

Now, things are evolving.

With winemaker Ian Dopson at the helm, the focus shifts more firmly to the vineyard. His style is hands-on and intuitive — working with the season, the site, and letting the wine find its balance naturally.

This isn’t a big reinvention. It’s a steady, thoughtful shift.

The warmth and character of the estate remain, but wine takes centre stage. Expect wines that are balanced, textural and true to where they come from — made to be opened, enjoyed and shared.

The cellar door stays as welcoming as ever, with a few familiar touches — including nods to Krupinski’s Polish roots, from traditional pierogi to imported beers. You can keep it relaxed with a casual tasting, or go a little deeper with more intimate experiences in the barrel room, getting closer to the wines and the people behind them.

Art of Krupinski continues — same place, new energy, and a fresh focus on what’s in the glass.

Join the Art of Krupinski Wine Club for first access to new releases, small-batch wines, and a closer connection to what’s happening in the vineyard and cellar.
